It is our
intention to maintain the highest level of quality and service for all
our customers. Our goal is to treat each and everyone as though they are
our only customer, We do, however have many customers and it is very
important that we have a system of order so that this high level service
can be maintained. We understand that in most situations that time is of
the essence, for your customers, so in order to accommodate everybody,
below is a list of all the requirements that must be supplied prior to
an order being scheduled for pick-up.
A detailed Purchase order (All purchase orders must have
address of customer for pick-up included, any and all changes in style,
and details of cushion style and content, ie… Dacron wrap, down wrap.
Etc.)
Fabric swatches attached to all orders (please note Top
face & top of pattern, and whether or not the fabric is railroaded)
50% Deposit (required prior to scheduling, NO
order will be scheduled for pick-up until deposit is received)
Fabric must be either received by us or be with the
furniture at pick-up (furniture will not be picked up unless fabric is
in stock)
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
We do offer pick up and delivery, however
all deliveries will be handled by an outside contractor. We can
organize pick-ups and delivery by our contractor or you are more than
welcome to use your own.
TERMS
50% Deposit Required prior to scheduling
of all orders. Balance Due either COD or prior to Shipping.
PRICING
All Prices are based on COM . Quotes
are guaranteed for 120 Days, after one hundred twenty days quotes must
be resubmitted. Regular prices are subject to change without prior
